Shipping policy

Order Processing

All MACARDO garments are produced to order through our fulfillment partner. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and avoid overproduction.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing time may be slightly longer during product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Estimated delivery ranges are shown at checkout when available.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable taxes or import duties are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


International Shipping

MACARDO ships worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Customs processing times vary by country

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your local customs authority

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

MACARDO is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered at checkout

  • Failed delivery due to missing information

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a delivery issue or extended delay, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed over for shipment, but we will assist where possible.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately depending on stock location and production routing. You will receive tracking for each shipment if this occurs.
