Refund policy


Shipping

All MACARDO products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. This allows us to maintain quality control and reduce unnecessary waste.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout once your address is entered.

Because fullfillment may occur from multiple warehouse locations, international delivery times can vary.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. MACARDO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each MACARDO item is produced to order, returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.

Return Request Window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Do not send items back without approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements may be approved if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item or size (different from your order)

Approved items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Correctly printed or custom items

  • Size exchanges due to customer selection error

  • Items returned after the 7-day request window

  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear, socks, or similar products if offered)

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us or our fulfillment partner.

We do not accept freight-collect or unpaid return shipments.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
